JCss Friday Night Elite
JCss Friday Night Elite sessions are designed to improve technique, ball control and coordination, using our very own JCss Syllabus. FNE is for everyone, whether you want to learn some basic skills or improve your game
1. Football specific exercises
2. First touch & ball manipulation inc heading
3. Passing & receiving techniques
4. Moves to beat and deny an opponent
5. Decision making
6. Goal scoring & finishing
All these are then encouraged to be focused on when going into games at the end of the session to put into practice.
The JCss Syllabus was born from experience of the ‘Ajax model’. Having both been lucky enough to play against Ajax as youngsters both Jack and Russell are keen to emulate this model after experiencing it with their own eyes and seeing what an incredible success it has been at producing players playing at the top level.
Alongside this, David Blackmore Goalkeeping Academy will be providing top level coaching specifically focusing on the main aspects of Goalkeeping from technique, distribution and also being comfortable on the ball as this has now become a huge part of being a Goalkeeper.
Sessions are open to 5-14 year olds running for 1 hour every term-time Friday from 6-7pm at Robert Bloomfield Academy, Shefford, Bedfordshire.
Sessions can be booked using our online booking system, just go into ‘Book Now’ or feel free to contact us for more information.
